Shelf Deck Materials: Steel, Mesh, Melamine

Shelf deck material directly relates to load capacity, ventilation and use scenarios. Common options are steel sheet, wire mesh and melamine board, each suiting different uses.

Steel deck. Good load capacity and a flat surface, suiting heavier goods and general warehousing - a common choice; perforation or anti-slip treatment can be added on request.

Wire mesh deck. Light-transmitting and ventilating, with little dust buildup; suits places needing ventilation and heat dissipation, and lets you see goods on the level below; optional for clean workshops.

Melamine deck. Smooth, neat and moisture-resistant, suiting supermarkets, offices and cleanliness-sensitive settings. Choose deck material by cargo weight and use environment; refer to the rack selection and load guides.
