Installation process, floor and load preparation, connector tightening, plumbness and stability checks, and how to accept the racks after installation.
Floor and load. Before installation, confirm floor levelness and load capacity. Heavy-duty racks have requirements for floor flatness and bearing; treat the floor if necessary.
Site planning. Reserve aisles between racks, forklift turning space and fire exits, and mark upright footplate positions according to the layout drawing.
Erect uprights according to the drawings and temporarily fix them; insert beam end clips into the upright holes and lock them with steel clips. Keep shelf heights consistent within a frame and beams level.
After installation, check plumbness, beam levelness, whether connecting clips are seated and whether the whole unit is stable; re-check accessories and end stops if necessary. Once acceptance passes, the racks can be put into use.
