Wire Mesh Cage Sizes & Sampling Process

Wire mesh cages are Q235 high-carbon drawn-wire mesh panels assembled with a U-channel steel bottom frame using reinforced springs and clips; the standard finish is cold galvanizing, with powder coating or hot-dip galvanizing on request. Treated cages resist corrosion, are sturdy, easy to transport and reusable, helping cut labor and packaging costs in storage.

The three common forms. Wheeled cages are mainly for workshop turnover; footed cages stack and can sit on racks; wheeled-and-footed cages do both. Improved versions can go on racks, assembly lines or be stacked, and PVC or steel panel versions stop small items falling out.

Standard sizes. Tongnuo's common standard models are A-3 (800x600x640 mm), A-5 (1000x800x840 mm) and A-7 (1200x1000x890 mm), with 50x50 mm mesh and 5.7 mm wire. Standard sizes are kept in stock and ship quickly.

Non-standard customization and sampling. When material size or load has special requirements, Tongnuo offers non-standard customization. After the contract is signed, a sample can be made in advance; once sample size and load are confirmed, mass production follows, lowering the risk of batch customization.
