Standard Wire Mesh Cage Structure & Finish
The wire mesh cage is a common metal turnover container in factory workshops and logistics warehouses, with a foldable all-metal structure. The cages Tongnuo supplies use well-established processes in both structure and surface finish, suited to loose-material storage and finished-goods handling.
Structure. The cage consists of three main parts: mesh panels, a bottom load frame and dedicated stacking feet. Mesh panels use Q235 high-carbon wire rod as base material, drawn into wire and spot-welded to shape; the bottom frame is U-channel steel welded to drawing and carries the main load; stacking feet are two stamped parts welded together and then welded to the base frame, letting cages stack on each other. Mesh and base frame are assembled with springs and clips, folding without welding.
Surface treatment. Cages are usually cold-galvanized; hot-dip galvanizing or powder coating can be chosen for the service environment. After treatment the cage resists corrosion and oxidation, which extends service life and suits mid- to long-term turnover in workshops and warehouses.
Standard sizes. Tongnuo's regular models include A-3 (800x600x640 mm), A-5 (1000x800x840 mm) and A-7 (1200x1000x890 mm). Standard sizes are kept in stock and ship quickly; when existing sizes do not match the material, non-standard cages can be made to order.
