Wire Mesh Container: Operation Guide

A wire mesh container, also called a foldable metal turnover cage, is a metal container commonly used for workshop material turnover and storage distribution. Door opening and loading. The front door of the wire mesh container can be opened halfway; even when cages are stacked, the front door can still be opened to pick or replenish goods. The front door uses a pin-clip connection — simple to operate and easy to open and close — which suits high-frequency turnover scenarios.

Folding and stacking. The side mesh panels and base are connected by hinge pins: lift the panels to fold the cage, and it is ready to use once unfolded. Empty cages can be stacked together to save space on return trips and when idle. A single cage generally carries 300 to 1,500 kg, and full cages can be stacked four layers high.

Industries served. Wire mesh containers suit production buffering, finished-goods storage and turnover transport in auto parts, electronics and electrical appliances, machinery manufacturing and other industries. The open mesh structure makes counting goods easy; the bottom skids work with forklifts or hydraulic pallet trucks.
