A-7 Wire Mesh Cage Specs & Custom Options

Nanjing Tongnuo is a wire mesh cage supplier based in Nanjing, Jiangsu, keeping standard cages in stock. Main models are A-3 (800x600x640 mm), A-5 (1000x800x840 mm) and A-7 (1200x1000x890 mm). The A-7 is a commonly used standard model with a larger footprint, suited to concentrated storage of parts, semi-finished goods and boxed cargo.

Standard parameters. The above are outer cage dimensions; mesh is 50x50 mm and drawn-wire diameter about 5.6 mm. Within the same outer size, sub-models exist, e.g. C-5 (1000x800x840 mm, 50x50 mesh, 5.0 mm wire), chosen by load needs.

Size and structure customization. Outer size, mesh (50x50 to 100x100 mm options) and shelf panels can be customized to the stored material's length, width, height and weight. Structurally, foldable designs save space when idle; fixed designs suit heavier material.

Material, protection and features. Cages use Q235 wire rod; wire diameter ranges 4.5 to 6.4 mm, with typical custom loads of about 500 to 2000 kg. The standard finish is cold galvanizing, with powder coating or hot-dip galvanizing optional; for precision parts, hollow board or steel lining prevents bumping. Features include doors, drawbars and label holders; some cages can be stacked to raise vertical warehouse space use.
